Skate NL is the Provincial Sport Organization (PSO) for figure skating in Newfoundland and Labrador and is a proud member of Skate Canada. With a rich legacy of over 60 years, our extensive network of skating clubs and schools in 30 communities across the province is committed to delivering top-quality, nationally standardized learn-to-skate, power skating and figure skating programs. Our skating programs are led by Skate Canada professional coaches certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). We provide development and competitive opportunities for approximately 5,000 participants including recreational, adaptive and competitive skaters, coaches, officials and volunteers.
